• Services refer to all offerings available through the Website, including but not limited to vehicle buying, selling, financing, insurance, and license disc renewal.
• User refers to any person who accesses or makes use of the Website.
• AI Dave™ refers to our AI-powered assistant, which provides guidance on vehicle-related matters.
• We, our, and us refer to MDP Enterprises.
• Third-party service providers refer to any external parties that facilitate payments, transactions, or any other services related to MDP Enterprises.

By using the Website, you agree to:

• Use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or Services.
• Not use the Website to distribute harmful software, conduct fraudulent activity, or impersonate another person or entity.

• AI Dave™ provides recommendations based on available market data and algorithms but does not constitute financial or professional advice.
• MDP Enterprises does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated recommendations.
• Users remain responsible for making independent decisions based on AI Dave™'s suggestions.

• We strive to ensure that all vehicle listings are accurate, but availability and pricing may change without prior notice.
• Listing a vehicle on the Website does not constitute a binding offer to sell; all transactions are subject to confirmation.
• Pre-owned vehicles may have defects or wear and tear, and it remains the buyer’s responsibility to inspect them before purchasing.
• Users acknowledge that MDP Enterprises is not responsible for any misrepresentation made by third-party sellers.

• Our MDP AutoDisc Renewals service facilitates the renewal of vehicle license discs but does not guarantee government processing times.
• The user remains solely responsible for ensuring that all outstanding fines, penalties, enforcement orders, or other administrative holds preventing license renewal are cleared before requesting our service.
• We do not take over the responsibility of obtaining a license disc. If your license renewal is blocked by the licensing department, you must resolve the issue before we can proceed.
• Payment for the service does not guarantee that the renewal will be successful if there are outstanding impediments.

Please note that a licence disc for your vehicle will not be printed under the following circumstances:

• If you have outstanding licence fees for other unlicensed vehicles owned by you.
• If there is an Enforcement Order against your name.
• If the vehicle/s that you are currently licensing require(s) Roadworthy Certification.
• If there is an administration mark against the vehicle it could prevent the issue of the licence disc.
• If the vehicle has a police mark or a police clearance is required.

What can you do to ensure that you receive a licence disc when processing your motor vehicle license renewal online?

• If you have more than one unlicensed vehicle, ensure that all vehicle licences are paid at the same time.
• Ensure all Enforcement Orders are paid beforehand.
• Take the vehicle/s for a Roadworthy Test to ensure that a license disc is issued.
• Contact the licensing office to resolve the administration mark issue where possible.
• Ensure that the police have verified the vehicle and cleared by the licensing office.

Also, take note of the following: All motor vehicle licenses renewed via the online platform will be delivered within 3 to 5 workdays. For payment of outstanding Enforcement Orders please go to AARTO or outstanding Enforcement can be paid on the portal by clicking on the Enforcement Orders Tab. In the event where an MVLX meaning no disc was printed) was received, the vehicle owner will have to apply at the appropriate licensing office for the MVL1 (Licence receipt with a disc) after all conditions for the issuing of a disc have been met. The aforementioned may result in pro‑rata fees being applied to issue the vehicle licence disc.

• We reserve the right to change pricing and service fees at any time without prior notice.
• Payments are processed through third‑party payment providers. MDP Enterprises is not responsible for transaction failures, banking errors, or processing delays.

You agree to indemnify MDP Enterprises, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the Website or Services.

We are not liable for:

• Errors in the information provided on the Website.
• Delays in processing transactions or services.
• Technical failures affecting Website accessibility.
• Unavailability of a listed vehicle at the time of inquiry.
• Any financial loss suffered as a result of relying on information from the Website and/or incorrect information given by the user.

MDP Enterprises does not guarantee uninterrupted Website access and will not be responsible for damages caused by cyber threats, downtime, or technical disruptions.

While we strive to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content. Vehicle valuations and pricing estimates provided by AI Dave™ or any other service are indicative and should not be considered final.

By using our Website, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats or data breaches.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to South African law and arbitration in Pretoria.

The Website, including its design, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of MDP Enterprises.
